Scott Caine

Scott is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Aimpoint Research, and is a tenured leader with more than 25 years of organizational leadership experience. He has served in organizations ranging from the United States Army, to small boutique consulting firms to large enterprises with diverse roles including Operations, Business Systems, Marketing, and Sales. He also has more than 15 years in nonprofit board leadership experience, ranging from very small to large organizations, and in a variety of roles from Philanthropic Chair to Board President. In his most recent adventures, he served as the CEO of the GroundWork group – a nonprofit technology firm, and prior to that spent more than a decade with Verizon Wireless, where he was a Marketing Director, lead a strategic Business Sales team, and worked with Operations and Business Systems. Mr. Caine resides in Worthington, OH with his wife Christy and their two sons.
