The Overwatch Partnership is currently accepting Talent Specialist volunteers in Columbus, OH.
To become a Talent Specialist for our program, we prefer the following:
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition
- You have a passion to provide career development and job seeking advice to veterans
- You are willing to support (virtually or in person) a veteran mentee at least once a month
