As Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources for Lincoln Construction, Inc., Andrea provides leadership in many areas of the organization. Established in 1971, Lincoln Construction is a private sector construction management firm that offers expertise in strategic planning and advocacy for clients throughout the construction process. After starting her career in the retail industry, she returned to Columbus in 2009 to join her brother in the family business. At Lincoln, she continues to build the business for the future through team building, talent acquisition and developing new partners and clients. As a member of the business community, Andrea began to explore ways to engage with the community at large and was selected as a member of the 2012 Leadership Columbus class. It was during that year, she discovered a passion to give back to the veteran community, which led to becoming a mentor for The Overwatch Partnership. Andrea is also a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization, The Contemporaries at The Columbus Museum of Art, International Women’s Forum, Leadership Columbus Class of 2012 and is an active member of the German Village Society. She has also served as a Trustee of Leadership Columbus, Board Member of the Short North Alliance, Commercial Real Estate Women member, National Association of Industrial & Office Parks Developing Leaders, Conway Center for Family Business member and longtime Volunteer for Canine Companions for Independence.
