Jason Vazquez

Jason Vazquez is a Marine Corps veteran and business leader with experience spanning military service, public policy, and financial services. In 2005, he deployed to Al Anbar Province, Iraq, with Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 25th Marines, where he led Marines through 12 major combat operations and more than 70 combat and security patrols.

Following his military service, Jason served on Capitol Hill as the Foreign Affairs and Military Legislative Aide to Congressman Patrick Tiberi. He later became Assistant Director and Chief of Staff at the Ohio Department of Veterans Services under Governor John Kasich, where he championed initiatives that expanded access to education, healthcare, and support services for veterans and their families.

Today, Jason works at Nationwide, where he leads Product and Business Development within the company’s wealth management organization.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the Fisher College of Business. He lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Raven, and their sons, Elijah and Gideon
