Lindsey D’Andrea, Esq., joined OhioHealth Corporation in May 2022 as Assistant General Counsel and was recently promoted to Senior Assistant General Counsel in January 2024. Lindsey works in OhioHealth’s Office of General Counsel focusing on various labor and employment matters through her support of several Human Resource functions, as well as OhioHealth’s Graduate Medical Education program, among other substantive areas. Prior to joining OhioHealth, Lindsey practiced for ten years at Baker Hostetler in Columbus, Ohio where she was a Partner in the Firm’s Labor and Employment group. Following her time with Baker, Lindsey joined the HR Law Team at JPMorgan Chase where she supported multiple business units within the Community and Consumer Bank division, including Business Banking, Operations, Technology, and Digital.
Lindsey is the Immediate Past President of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association, is a past recipient of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association President’s Choice Award, and a graduate of the Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation’s Leadership Institute. Hoping to emulate the female attorneys who sponsored her growth as a young lawyer, Lindsey is passionate about supporting the leadership, development, advancement, and interests of female attorneys throughout the State of Ohio. Lindsey is a proud Buckeye, receiving both her undergraduate and law degrees from The Ohio State University.
