Abby Zimmerman

Abby is the Talent Management Leader in Human Resources at ODW Logistics. Her responsibility is to ensure constant process that involves attracting and retaining high-quality employees, developing their skills, and continuously motivating them with programs to improve their performance. The primary purpose of talent management is to create a motivated workforce while maximizing the value of employees. Throughout her career, Abby has held Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Human Resources Partnership roles supporting a variety of companies such as; JPM Chase, Cardinal Health, Abbott Nutrition and Safelite AutoGlass.
She also serves on the board of directors for New Directions Career Center where it’s their mission to uplift and empower women to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency by providing career counseling, education, support services, mediation and emergency financial assistance. Additionally, supporting high school students with enrichment, Abby also serves as a committee member of the Worthington Kilbourne Activity Club.
Abby earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology from Ohio University
