Caroline Weist

Caroline is a Manager with Centric Consulting, an international management consulting firm with more than 1,400 experts in digital, technology and business consulting. Working to create an experience for her clients unlike (or unmatched) anywhere else, Caroline manages projects that range from large-scale implementations to targeted business process improvements. After graduating from Ohio University with a double-major in Economics and Spanish, Caroline continued her professional education with certifications as a Scrum Master and in Lean/Six Sigma.
When Caroline isn’t working, she spends her time volunteering and watching Cleveland sports. Caroline has volunteered with organizations like Make-A-Wish, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Adaptive Sports, Rebuilding Together Central Ohio, and many more. But it was her work with OWP at the beginning of her career that lead her to pursuing a more active role in supporting the veteran community.
