Eric Gentzel
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Eric co-founded OWP and currently serves as the first Executive Director for the organization. Eric has served as an Army officer for over 18 years in a number of leadership positions, both on active duty and in the Army Reserve. Currently, Eric is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve and teaches at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff Officers course, training the next generation of military leaders.
After leaving active duty, Eric spent 13 years working in consulting, project management, and strategic operations for a number of organizations, including Deloitte Consulting and OhioHealth. Eric lives in Columbus with his wife and 3 daughters, and is passionate about supporting and serving his community and country.
