Mike Rogers
Co-Founder
Mike is a Senior Manager with Centric Consulting and served in the Ohio Air National Guard for 16 years, most recently as a Master Sergeant in the 178TH Security Forces Squadron. Mike joined the Ohio Air National Guard and served for 8 years as a mechanic on KC-135 aircraft and deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
After this initial enlistment, Mike attended Franklin University where he received his Master of Business Administration. After a 10-year break in service, Mike reenlisted in Security Forces and deployed to Baghdad Iraq where he was responsible for leading and directing security operations with various agencies. Seasoned business leader with experience implementing strategic programs at Fortune 100 companies that support business and financial objectives across insurance, energy & utilities, and healthcare industries.
Mike is active in the local community, volunteering with The Adaptive Sports Connection and Rebuilding Together Central Ohio
